Talking about Saturdays, Rejig had an outing yesterday. OK, maybe not exactly Rejig. Its 5 people from Rejig and 1 from Delphinus. Heh. We went to watch "the island". Its a super cool movie man! Actually it was totally unplanned. I dint even have the intention to watch that movie. But some things are better unplanned than planned i guess. Just like how we dint plan to go to town. Then we ate dinner at some Ramen restaurant. Burnt a hole in my poor pocket. But the noodles was super nice.
Why did I pon lessons in the 1st 3 months? Is it the same as why my Sec 2 gals are ponning trainings now? Is training seriously not fun? Why is training not fun now?? Because i feel that it is definitely much more fun than when I was in Sec 2. Or is it?

Not much to say actually, dint really do many exciting thing, except, well maybe if you count going to school as ultra super de duper exciting, then I did ULTRA SUPER DE DUPER EXCITING THINGS!
Ah well, went Sentosa AGAIN on saturday. Getting to be quite boring already, Sentosa. And what with the $3 entry fee. 3+3=6, 3+3+3=9. Almost $10!! But it was quite fun. Walked the Nature walk and Dragon trail again! We walked the whole route this time, taking the left turn at Tempinis Cascade too. Dint attempt the Jungle trail however, we were deterred by the seemingly lack of time and the numerous signs to ask CYCLIST to cycle slowly. We were on foot.
Then on Sunday, i went with Zhenting the smelly to pierce our ears. For me, it was repiercing my first ear holes. For smelly however, its piercing new holes!
I was talking to Avril recently and found out 2 extremely astonishing facts. Extremely surprising. Some people just dont use their brain, I'm sad to say.

I went to Sentosa with Sharlyn to recee. Supposed to meet at 0930 at Habourfront. We ended up meeting half an hour late. No harm done anyway, we still managed to get there rather early. We reached Siloso Beach and there were hardly any people! The beach looked very peaceful. Only the sun sand and rocks.
We went to the Nature walk and dragon trail. So we walked and at first I was wondering whether she was cheating my feelings! Cuz we were walking along a road at first. At the entrance of the trail, we saw this family sitting at the shelter. We dint take much notice of them of course, because they looked very normal. THEN, the father went, “There is a snake” point point, “just in front.” Shucks man. We were like kind of scared. The worst thing is that he SAID that the snake was as thick as his arm, and his arm is damn thick! So we went in, with biscuits in our hands!! And we walked very very slowly and on the right side of the trail, because the snake was on the left! It was super xin1 ku3, having to walk the uneven road and climb the steep steps and watch very carefully for the oh-so-big snake that the father told us about. We dint see it, by the way. Maybe he was lying to us! But thank god we dint see it. It probably was harmless anyway, since that place is a tourist attraction. That trail is cool man. There were like skulls and dinosaur bones and a rock structure of a dragon.
We got out of the trail after 20 minutes. Which is fast, considering we took a wrong turn and the snail’s pace at which we were walking at the start and a few stops along the way for note jotting. Then we went to the herb and spice garden. We walked and walked and sweated buckets and thought we were on the wrong path because we couldn’t see Merlion! Turned out we were walking the right path after all. The herb garden was quite small. There were games to be organized at that place! And there was this Roselle drink going for $1.
Outside the herb garden was this fountain thing. Don’t know for what! Wash leg perhaps. We went to wash our legs, like all the small kids!
Then we wanted to take bus to Palawan but we couldn’t find the bus stop. Sharlyn suggested we go into the Merlion shop for a short cut. So we went in, and walked one round, and found out that there was only one entrance. WOAH! I think we looked like geena.
Finally, after a lot of sweat lost, we reached Palawan beach. A lot of people playing volleyball there! We went to the southernmost part of the asian continent! And we saw half a wo de mei ren on the floor. Hahaha. Then there was this guy, who swam under the bridge while we were crossing. That bridge was the very one that Julian Hee and Joanne Peh were walking on on god knows what show. Sharlyn said that a lot of people always pose and smile on that bridge, so that’s what we did! Then we went to check out the toilets. We went into the makeshift girls toilet and counted the number of cubicles, then OBVIOUSLY, we cant go into the guys! So I did a very brave and extremely retarded thing.
I went to ask a guy.
Then, there were toilets 300m further down.
Nice toilets, not makeshift ones.
Then we went back. Too tired. There was this guy who took the same bus as us back to the visitors centre and then Habourfront. He was alone. Weird ah, at Sentosa alone.
The queue at Habourfront to get into Sentosa was miles long. Remind me never to go there after 12pm.
We had lunch and went exploring Habourfront centre. I think I have to go Sentosa again! Forgot to bring camera and other stuff! Darn

1st july. The SYF opening ceremony. 10 of us from NPCC went to help out as ushers. It was quite cool actually. We got to wear the NPCC blazers, which actually looked quite awful.
The 6 of us from J05 met at City Hall. As usual, I was the earliest. Then we went for lunch at KFC. Very scary. Because we were almost late! And we had to meet Miss Loy! And we havent changed! Good thing we were on time.
Then when we reached there, we were split into the different places where we were supposed to be stationed. And, unlucky me got the forecourt!! Good thing it was at night, so it wasnt that bad. My group had some NCC and BB people, and Ridzwan from area 9. The officer in charge of our group was mr John Lim, from NCDCC! We had a briefing about what we were to do then went for dinner. The coolest thing is that we got to go into the authorised personnel areas! After that we went to the rooftop to take pictures and fool around.
At 1830, we started duty. So, the Minister of Education had to come to visit the forecourt and we had to make a pathway for him! Quite troublesome because we had to block people from using the main entrance, the MAIN entrance. Quite taxing on our neck, kept having to turn around to see if there were people coming our way. After that, our duties were rather slack. Ridzwan and I were in charge of Hougang Sec. So we just stood there and did nothing. But at the end of the performance, they were dilly dallying and wasting our time. I think their bus was not yet there and they wanted to wait for the bus at the forecourt and not at the bus bay! So we couldnt leave as we had to show them the way. -_-"!! So in the end, we were the last to be off duty.
After that we went to the Merlion to take somemore pictures with Evon's camera. Heh
